I am 100% disabled veteran who went to war and lost my very good job because of combat wounds catching up to me in life!! I take 14 medications a day! I am upset cause Eastgate storage placed a lock on my storage room, I pay 3 months in advance at a time, I was told I was just a few days late the last time. I paid 3 months again the lady Melissa told me she was going to remove the lock right then, I have been to my storage room 5 times, 30 days later and they still have a lock on my storage room. My wife calls this morning and the lady ets smart with her and tells her she should not have left a message to tell them to please remove the lock again!! When I asked to contact the manager or owner I was hung up on!! She tried to make us feel like it was our fault for their mistake! When I told her I was a 100% disabled Veteran who had a leg brace in their I wanted to get out to wear she said she did not care! It was paked accidently when we moved n November!! These people have made it clear they do not care about their customers feelings or disabled veterans so do not throw your money away!! SGT Smith, 82nd Airborne Division!!
