Very proactive service 10/6/2010

Aaron went out of his way to find a way to get a part earlier than originally estimated. After tracking down the part at another dealer, he had another employee who lived nearby pick it up the next day on her way to work so I got the vehicle back days earlier than I otherwise would have. Very proactive service. Thanks! more

Excellent 8/26/2010

Extremely helpful in restarting my car as I was leaving the premise, Christian on his own, brought out a battery assist to start the engine. Next I drove over to the service dept and the manager volunteered to check the battery for possible replacement. The technician found the positive terminal on the battery was not so efficiently tightened to the cable and retightened it. No expense to me just a lot of good work.? more
