Dr. E. Martin Maida

Dr.Maida has been my Dr. for approx 17 years. I was always very impressed with my yearly exams. After he joined MDVIP, I asked myself what more can he do he is already so thorough, I chose to remain with the Doctor just to see how things would change. WELL my first exam lasted no less than 2 1/2 hrs. After the exam we reviewed all my results in his office. He told me I had a slight change in my cardiogram and he would like to explore this further. I agreed. Dr. Maida picked up the phone set up an appointment with a well-know cardiologist, whom I saw THAT day!!! Long story short I now have 2 stents in my heart. I never left the cardio's office. After he did his testing I was admitted directly to CCU. I wil never forget what the man said to me, " listen kid (he calls everyone kid) I want you to know Dr. Maida prob. saved your life today." I often wonder if Dr.M didn't join MDVIP would he have had the time to listen to my symptoms and really scrutinize that cardiogram???? THANK-YOU DR. MAIDA, YOU KNOW THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVES YOU!!!! DON'T EVER CHANGE. more

So, I gave up my coffee in the morning, that was enought to cover any extra fee!!! I took off from work, 'cause I was sick. the Doc saw me that same day.... more

Dr. Maida is the most caring doctor I've ever met. He truly makes you feel as though you are the only patient on his mind during your visit, never a hand on the doorknob ready to rush to the next exam room. He listens to my concerns and even calls a few days after my visit to see how I am doing. He practices medicine the way I wish every doctor would. more

My MDVIP exam took 2 1/2 hrs. WOW!!!! I never spent that much time with a Dr. before !!!!!! Droc M is GREAT!!!!! more

Only treats wealthy paitents who can afford to pay his extra fee to stay in his practice. The rest of his paitents see ya. more

For newcomers to town, one of the first concerns is finding a good physician. Look no further. Dr. Maida is a knowledgeable, compassionate doctor who has served my family well for several years. Among the things that recommend him the most are the fact that he does not overbook and you will not have to spend hours waiting in his office or in the examining room. You will be seen close to the time of your appointment. The second thing is that he spends time with you. He is one of the few physicians who does not seem to have one foot out of the door because he has a score of other patients waiting. In addition, he is simply a good guy. more
