Doctors' Office

The staff at this office are extremely rude and the doctors participate in fraudulent insurance billing more

I love this place! I have recently had a development of medical issues, I am 35 years old with no previous problems, my PA, Vicki Cranford just starting off with blood tests, and even though they looked ""OK"" she still dug deeper and ran more tests, long story short, she was able to find out why I was feeling so horrible, and a list of doctors later, found that I have some very bad ""female problems"" that let to my anemia. She is the most thorough, compassionate medical professional I have dealt with, and I used to run a surgeons office. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE, I have been there probably 20 - 30 times, NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Melanie L. more

The Doctor's Office of Santa Clarita is one of the best medical facilities I have ever gone to or brought my children to. Dr. Cox, and all the doctors I have encountered here, are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They take the time to talk to you, find out what your symptoms are, and what the best course of treatment is. I have never felt rushed or hurried. Never been put off by office staff or dismissed the way another practice in this valley treats it's patients. If you are looking for a doctors office where the staff are polite, caring, and sympathetic, this is the office to go to. They do a follow up phone call the next day to see how you are doing. And they have a doctor on call who actually answers the phone himself on the first ring after hours. I have never been over charged or have had any billing issues, even when I had to come back three times in the same day to have tests reviewed, I was not charged more than for the first visit. I am very impressed with the quality of care and the staff at this office and I highly recommend you try them. more

I was stopped short by the receptionist and told that to ask a question of someone on staff would constitute an office visit, and oblige me to pay the $70 fee. Long story short, I never did get past the receptionist. No one with any authority ever came out to answer my non-medical concern, and I left vowing to find a less "transactional" health care provider. Pros: competent care Cons: Felt like a checkbook more
