Were new in town, so our friends suggested going this sushi restaurant. two reasons why I would go back is the calamari & friendly service

I travel constantly. I will make this short. This is the best sushi I have ever had. I have traveled everywhere from Hawaii to Dubai this year. The Dish is the best sushi ever. more

Family friendly, great choices (even for a vegetarian-- great veggie soba), easy to customize, excellent sushi, prompt service. Everything comes with miso soup and salad. Quirky tempura Oreos served to end the meal. Definitely a good "go to" for us! Would highly suggest a reservation so that you don't have to wait! more

it's to die for 12/28/2010

I only come to town so often and when I do I always make sure i stop at this great sushi bar. The place looks great and it has a fantastic line up of sushi rolls. Every time i come here i almost make sure i get some of their sake it's absolutely fabulous. They also have a great selection of desserts but I never pass up their fired Oreo they are so good I always have to get one no matter how full i am after their delicious meal. If you ever out in Anchorage you have to come and try this place you will not be disappointed at all! more

Must Stop Here 11/30/2010

Every time I come to town I must make a stop here. Sure it looks nice and they have a great line up of sushi rolls but i'm here to tell you the Mongolian Beef and Sesame Chicken are no joke! Give them a run with some infused Sake and get ready for a fun night. If you have a sweet tooth try the deep fried OREO's.Come check this place out, I promise you'll be back. more

Dish does great sushi 11/19/2010

Dish does great sushi and Japanese / Asian food, even if it is a little pricey. The food here always seems to be well prepared and fresh, and some of the sushi rolls are visually stunning. Funny enough the fried rice tastes wonderful here too as it has a more complex smokey flavor to it that you just don't normally get elsewhere. The Korean offerings are done well too. I have eaten here numerous times now and I can say that the service has always been good. I have never experienced any of the problems with slow service or seating that other diners mention. The fried oreo cookie they usually give you at the end of the meal is an acquired tatse though! more

If you have a car and love really good sushi, you are going to love this place. They also have the various fruit sakes that I have yet to find again. The restaurant is setup so that you can have the whole family or a group of friends all around one table. more

a pleasant surprise 10/4/2010

I was pleasantly surprised by this place after my fiance brought me there for dinner. I did not feel like sushi so I tried one of the fried rice dishes and was only able to down about half of. It tasted wonderful, but there was so much. I loved this because I was able to take the rest home and have a wonder leftover lunch the next day. more

My whole office has been raving 8/30/2010

My whole office has been raving about this new sushi place they found so decided to go for the first time last night. The first thing I noticed about this place was how packed it was! The Waitress was very friendly and helpful! The food was great. I ordered a Sushi Sashimi and a couple rolls! Freshest Fish Ive seen in awhile! Now I know what all this hype is about! If you haven't yet, Give these guys a try, the BEST by far in town! more
