Very poor quality. Not recommended. ( I strongly disagree that Dinsmore is the best place ever as one has posted. ) I do not recommend them due to poor quality and pricing. They did a very poor job on pressing my worsted wool suit coat and they could not get it right even after two attempts. I took it to another cleaner who then did a wonderful job.\r \r If you think it is spendy to have to do it once, wait until you have to go elsewhere to pay all over again to have Dinsmore's work corrected.\r \r Very disappointed customer here and they will not have my business again. Well I had a few articles of clothing and they needed to be cleaned and I remembered Dinsmore cleaners up on Johnson street NE...When I walked in I was helped right -away by a very helpful lady ,she had ""just -started""..She asked all the right questions and took my clothes in and when I came back the following week to pick them up..I walked in and after having a rough day at my job..the lady was standing there with a smile on her face and waiting to help me,she went and got my stuff and everything went smooth and Since that time I have gone back every week to drop off my husband shirts and NEVER had problems...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK more

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Not only did they ""Mis-Place"" my wedding gown, it was returned to me worse than it was when I brought it in! When I brought it to their attention Mary Beth ( whom I was told was the owner and or manager) argued with me saying ""You must not have looked at it very well when you brought it in""... Not A chance! She and everyone their have AWFUL customer service, are beyond rude, and clearly do not care about building repeat business. They have on multiple occasions lost my husbands clothes, he has had to go look through the clothes himself to find his stuff! Stay far, far away!!! more

I have gone to this establishment on a few occasions and received average if not below average service but the last encounter was the last time I will do business there. I brought in a dress with a basic soda stain on the back. When I went to pick it up they had not even tried to get it out saying no note was made of it, even though I specifically pointed it out to them. Then they insisted I pay for the cleaning although it was going back to be cleaned again. I refused to pay the $16 for something they didn't even clean. The manager was unavailable and I had to leave. They called me later to let me know they would send it back in for cleaning and I could pick it up the next week. A week later I picked it up and they let me know they were unable to get out the stain. It was soda on cotton, that doesn't take much! They still charged me the full price of $16 for this even though it was a week late and I believe it was their fault the stain did not come out. Very, very poor service! Don't go here if you want your items handled with care and to be treated fairly. more

I came here when Gopher cleaners closed in Aug 2007. I was just looking for a basic, no-frills cleaners, but I guess I'll have to keep looking. The shirts came back with wrinkles pressed into the cuffs, and one of my silk blouses came back with multiple snags and again, wrinkles pressed into the sleeve. I dropped off on Friday, and they told me my items would be ready on Tuesday. However, when I came in at 2pm on Tuesday, none of my items were in plastic yet, and one of my dresses wasn't even in the building. On top of all of this, the prices were almost double what I had paid at Gopher. Even though it's the closest cleaners' to my house, I will not return.
