They failed three out of three tries! The service got progressively worse: hour and a half last time for food to get delivered. Very unpleasant and forgetful waitress who did not seem to care about food or service. The food was pathethic the first time, but we gave them two addtional tries because the restaurant is so convenient to where we live on the weekends, and we are hopaholics always optimistic for improvemens. None came: the sauces were less tasty than the cheap canned ones from the store. The salads were wilted and appear to have been sitting in a cooler for the whole day (or more). The salad dressings tasted like there were right out of the bottle (yuck). And nobody really seemed to care when we had to take off one of the dishes from the bill because even after two tries, it was not what was ordered. (The order was crystal clear, written down, and acknowledged by the waitress finally that it the dish delivered did not conform to what was ordered.) We tried thrice, and we were zero for three. I cannot imagine what the owner is thinking. Maybe he is the P.T. Barnum of Galveston Pasta ... you know, a sucker born every day, etc. We will share this report with our friends as well as with you.
