Place is really fun and exciting the atmospehere was really nice and the exhibits really had me captivated. I wish i spent more time there. I plan to do a lot more visiting in the near future. Great place for anyone kids of all ages!!! When you go be prepared to spend much of your day because its so great!!!! more

Decordova Museum and Sculpture Park 11/15/2005

This is different museum- although it has an inside art gallery like any other museum, it has an outside sculpture park as well. It's not a "don't touch" place, it's very hands on and the grounds are just beautiful as well.. People are encouraged to come and "experience the sculptures, picnic and walk the grounds. Even little kids can enjoy and be exposed to art here. They also rent out rooms in the museum for functions & wedding receptions. I have gone both as an art patron and a wedding guest. Both great experiences. A great place to explore... more

Make a day of it!!! 8/15/2005

I love this museum. This museum specializes in contemporary art with a special focus on New England artists. I can take the whole family and they can climb on and around the ever-changing beautiful sculptures on the grounds. They offer many children's activities and special exhibits for the entire family. Classes for all ages are also available at the Museum School. more
