I had purchased a ton of wood pellet from the owner. The business was sold, and the new owner would not honor the $300 receipt from the previosu owner of 2 weeks previous. I used to do about $2,000/year business with Damascus Farm and Garden, but will never do so again. I now do my business in Eagle Creek... even though 210 miles out of my way, I would rather deal with people I can trust. So for not honoring $300, they lose $2000/year... not very good business practice. And I go out of my way to speak ill of this business. Be very cautious with these people. more

Best Little Store Ever! Great Service! 2/18/2010

The new management is great! They have really revamped the look of the place but have kept the rustic feel that Damascus was built on. They are helpful and will call and call around until they get the answers or product you need. I am impressed with their energy and eagerness to help me when I come in. They have healthy chickens which I enjoy purchasing often! I am very happy with their product and when I accidentally bought the wrong chicken food (and openned it) they took it back without hesitation even though it was my fault. :) I like the people here and the community or family vibe it has. 5 stars for me! Pros: Friendly and Will Get Job Done For You! HELPFUL Cons: Nothing more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced 9/25/2008

My lhasa apso dog recently had puppies, and they were put on consignment through Damascus Feed Store. If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Cons: shady owners, horrible customer service more
