Cut-Rite Complete Landscaping

SCAMMED MANY PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY. He says he is opening new businesses and is taking investors.Pizza places, subways sandwich shops, building homes, a line of mafia clothing etc.. Has a partner who claims to be a retired NY Policeman. Giving Joe credibility. I personally am aware of him scamming over $500 thousand from 8 investors. Doctors, business owners and hard working people have fallen prey to his cons..Claims he has ties to the mob and connections to get contracts. He introduces people to Albert Demeo. The son of the infamous Mob killer. Albert wrote a book called ""FOR THE SINS OF MY FATHER""..Look it up. DA's office has been contacted but more people need to do the same in order to get their attention. An attorney had been hired but it ends up costing a great deal of additional money for the attorney that they could not afford. Even if they did take it further and won the civil case, would they get the money from Joe? they had to drop the case. Joe's 1st attorney supposedly had quit on Joe due to none payment. Delaying the legal process. He knows the system. With the help of Hugh the cop. Joe Lolicio, The most dispicible lying scam artist. Takes your money and never shows up .Sends incompetent laborers that screw up everything. Let me start by saying that Cut-Rite, the owner Joe, and his son have to be the absolute biggest thief's and con men in the landscaping business. Not only did they take a $7,300 deposit for a planting job - AND NEVER SHOWED UP - on top of this Joe has been stalking my wife - this is not a joke. He found out where she works, and after she refused his advances, he still continue to call her and email her at her work ; her boss thinks something is going on - he keep calling even after her boss and I warned them. His son also stole an ipod out of my car, my neighbor swears he saw him, although I have no proof. Anyhow - stay away, stay away, stay away - they will steal your money, avoid you for ever, and try to steal your wife! I hope I run into this guy in the street one day - because I would love to ""talk to them"" about this. This thief and dirt bag needs to stay out of East Setauket - and should be out of business. more

babblee.After two neighors on my block used Cut-rite. I had work done Oct.2009 by Joe (cut-rite). At first was satisfied with work,, even after dealing with all the headaches joe puts you through.A month after the work was done i run into one of Joes workers who had left joe because he had not paid him in three weeks .He told me your driveway is going to sink. Almost a year later all three of us are having major problems with are driveways . Also my neighor who had work done referred Joe to his family .Joe took $5000 up front .Almost a year later has not started the job.PLEASE DONT USE CUT-RITE.babblee give it time more

the owner joe gives you a cheap price, takes your money and is never to be found again. did a horrible job on our home and when we had issues with the work he never came to fix it. never returns calls and when he does its one lame excuse after the next. when he gets tired of getting calls, he gives the phone to his assistant hughie who only makes matters worse. we have had alot of work done on our house and worked with many contractors, CutRite is by FAR the worst! Do NOT use this company for any work on your house. DON'T be fooled by the low price! Save your self the heartache of repairs and go with a reliable company NOT Cutrite....we wish we did!
