Evidently this business is listed as a repair service thru Best Buy; but 1 week before a scheduled repair I received a call from this business letting me know that they would not do the repair. Instead the person from Custom Sound and Video told me to ""go online and look it up""! All of this because the person that called me at 7:15am said that my TV was still under warranty?! Well, I hope it is, considering I paid for an extra warranty, but this company doesn't do that kind of work. Best Buy needs to evaluate who they contract with! One other thing, the call came in at 7:15am, I guess I sounded busy, because the person from Custom asked if he was keeping me!! I told him I was in the midst of making breakfast! Sorry, I'm not ready to be on the phone and taking orders from a repair service that doesn't provide any service at 7:15am!!
