Cronier's Fine Jewelry

What a life saver!! After my now fiancee found a ring at another jewelry store that she fell in love with, I was not satisfied with the service or the quality of the diamonds. I did, however, have the picture of the ring that she loved. I took this in to Cronier's with me and within 2 days I had a price quote (that was better than what I had gotten at the other store) and a gorgeous center stone that was a steal of a deal! Unlike some other stores in town who claim to "custom make" their jewelry, Cronier's really DOES make it. They took the picture I had and made an even more beautiful version of what my fiancee wanted. They truly save me on getting exactly what she wanted. We are both extremely happy with the ring and with the service that we get at Cronier's. We've gone back for both of our wedding bands and will be going back for whatever we may need in the future. You can't beat the quality, service and prices that you get at Cronier's. We're sold!! more

LOVE this store! Not only was everyone friendly and more than willing to help, my new ring is absolutely gorgeous! Not only was I able to sit down and design my own ring, I never felt pressured for time or to purchase something that wasn't really what I wanted. They have very experienced salesmen and women who are willing to take the time and make sure you are getting exactly what you want; whether it's a $10 repair or a $10,000 sale. They even offer you a drink as soon as you walk in the door. I'll be going back for any future repairs or jewelry purchases. more

I brought in a platinum ring for a relatively simple repair, and they wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for the work. At the last second, I backed out and decided to take the ring to Harold's for a second opinion. Thank Goodness!!! Harold's accomplished the repair beautifully for literally 1/10th the price ($100 vs. $1000). I can understand perhaps a $100-$200 difference, but Cronier's price was crazy. I also wasn't impressed by the staff at Cronier's. While one woman was fairly pleasant, the jeweler (possibly the owner) was quite abrupt, bordering on rude. Not a pleasant experience at all. If you need a repair, I strongly recommend you take your piece to Harold's. more

Croniers has a good location on the Blvd. We love to browse around this store, they have some truly unique items and some truly beautiful pieces. We have also had rings re-sized here on more than one occasion, which is done on site and finished within a couple of days. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful in every aspect. The staff is very attentive to customer needs. Staff went out of their way to accomodate me while shopping for a wedding ring. They have soo much to choose from! They have some very unique items and the prices are really good. The jewelry is very high quality and the people are so nice and helpful. If you have a question or want something that they do not have they will find the answer or the product and they do not stop until they have the information you need.
