Crista Chevron Auto Spa

STAY AWAY!! They do a horrible job on the car wash. I brought my jeep in and their employees swirled the heck out of my paint. I'm not sure if he just used dirty towels or what but now I have swirls all over it. I brought it to the manager Miguel's attention and he refused to make try and fix it. It took an 1 1/2 to do and oil change and wash and I'm left with a car full of swirls. Horrible customer service ! I am boycotting them. more

I use to go to Crista, but no more ...I found a new car wash down the street is on bouquet & Valencia they are great. Its right on the corner, they have a kids area where my kids play and I see these guys spending time on all the details on my car every time ...I'm never using Crista again,..they don't do a good job . more

they just put in a new circle k... dont eat their burritos... I went to get a car wash (love crista's car wash) and since it was on my lunch.. i grabbed one of those large burritos to take back with me to eat at work. When i heated it up and took the first bite, i got a nice mouth full of juicy MOLD!!!! yes, MOLD! disgusted.. but calm... drove back and told the lady at the register my burrito has mold in it. She looks at it and ask what i wanted .. i said i want my money back. She says she cant do that because the manager is on lunch... and tells me to go buy something else .... so picked up a juice.. that had no price tag and asked her if this was the same price..... she rings it up and it didnt come up with a price.... so she asks me how much it was... i had to tell her again that i do not know, there were no prices. Then she starts getting an attitude.. and goes to get another drink to ring it up and then tells me i owe her a dollar. I told her i dont want to pay anymore. i dont want the drink all i want is my money back and i was disgusted for eating a rotten burrito. She says she cant do that, starts yelling and getting all irritated at me - for returning my moldy burrito! She then says fine ill pay for the extra dollar! then asks me "SO DO U WANT THE BURRITO" omg..... i told her no, the burrito is rotten - why do i want a rotten burrito with mold all in it that i cannot eat??? she starts getting even more frustrated, and i was most defintiely pissed off at this time. (JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!) she finally decides to give me my money back..... GOSH! 4 stars for the car wash itself (not the circle k) more

I have been coming to Crista since it opened, and after a rough start, now with the new owners, it seems to be getting back on track. With failed attempts at a cafe, it seems to be focusing more on the car wash which is good. The service has improved greatly, and I continue to come back. more

Crista gets me in and out very quickly. Their car wash is clean and efficient. My kids love to feed the fish in the koi pond (out front) when we're waiting for our car wash. If you change your oil with them you get a free car wash. We always take our cars there for oil changes because they're always happy to help us. more

Nice for a quick car wash, convenient, always clean, and fairly priced. Also you can get oil change for your car, very fast, and get free car wash with it. If you prefer you can always sit inside or outdoor. Walking distance to starbucks so you can also get your coffee while your car is ready. more
