I got a yearly service plan with these guys and it started off great. They came out and filled my tank monthly and I figured everything would be cool.
I was wrong. WAY wrong. I work from home and am usually here at all times, so I lock my gates to my yard. One day in January when I was not home, they came out to fill my tank and could not because the gate was locked. They had called me one time to reschedule and I told them we could skip that month.
Well, now its April and I am out of oil. I called to see why they hadn't come and they told me they cancelled my contract in January! I asked why and they said they could not get in and could not get ahold of me so they cancelled it!
I made sure they had the correct number for me, and because my number is a cell-phone, I was able to track all the incoming calls and I did not see 1 additional call from them other than the one they made in Jan.
I told the VERY rude manager this and that they had no right to cancel my contract. At this time, he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that I must have gotten my tank filled up by somebody else. I was irate. I tried to calm down and just get the problem fixed and fuel added but he told me I would be liable for any service charges related to the fuel being out.
I told him to just come out and fix it, and that we would deal with the charges later, then he told me that we have no business together and I should find another company. then he hung up on me.
I am going to take them to small claims court (it's much easier than you think) and I hope this review discourages others from doing business with this shady company.
Pros: Cheap fuel
Cons: Cancel service without telling you, VERY rude to customers
