HORRIBLE!!! By far the worst group of people I have ever delt with. Was refused a copy of the bill or proof of owing the bill since I have no memory of ever using the medical office they claim they are collecting for. Was told "" you need to go back to church & find God then just pay the bill because you owe it."" when I told her my religious preferences were not her business and we are conducting business not discusing religion. Was threatned with taking me to court if I did not pay and threatned with harrassment when I called back because they kept hanging up on me. Was asked if I let my husband speak for me just because he was voicing his dislike for their unethical business pratice. I have NEVER had anyone talk to me when I am the customer in that tone & maner. Complaint filed with the BBB. Hope they can do something about them. I will check into what legal routes I can use since they refuse to provide proof of the bill if they try to take legal action against me. I will not just hand over money to someone just because they claim I owe it without proof. more

I have hired a lawyer because after I paid the raised the amount due, even though I paid 1000 over what was REALLY owed. They are looking at having to refund all my money plus 1000 PER penalty Cons: nasty, rude, crazy, they don't know the law more

Very rude and unethical. Asked for a bill to be sent to home address as one was never sent. Gave correct contact information and continues to call incorrect number and harrass family members. Also when asked to speak to the Manager, told that unless I wanted to speak to God, she was the only one I was going to get. Very belligerent. Highly advise against doing business with. They are only out to irritate. Look up their b b b complaints if you want proof! Cons: Won't send any proof of debt, call family members and give DETAILED information more

Unethical & illegal business practices with a very unsatisfactory rating at B B B and complaints filed with the FTC. Beware of this company for your collection needs. They use illegal collection practices which in effect, roll down to your business even after you've paid them, and they won't give you a refund. more
