I'm writing to let you know that every once in a while you do business with a store and/or sales representative and you want to make sure that the right person (management) receives the compliment you want to pass on. I'm a business person that knows how important that is to a business or sales associate. \r
I was in need of a pair of glasses and was told through a friend of mine that I should go to ""Cohen Optical at Lake Grove"" Well, I'm glad I did. My sales representatives name was Julie and I have to tell you that because of her professionalism, knowledge, patience and recommendations and how much she seems to care about customer satisfaction, is a HUGE reason why I drive approx. 20 miles out of my way to do business at Cohen Optical, Lake Grove. I've purchased two pair of ""Tag"" frames and maxed them out with all the options that was well worth the cost. Because of my preferences I had to go back to make adjustments to get them to fit perfect on my face and I can't tell you enough of how Julie took the time out to make sure that I was totally satisfied and am very happy with how the glasses feel, fit and look. I even brought in a pair of ""Prada"" frames that were given to me from a friend of mine and purchased all the options to use them as sun glasses (with the wide progressive, polarized with the crizal lenses) and how she went out of her way to re-shape them so that they fit perfect on my face. I can't wait to buy the red frames that I'm interested in. If you've had a bad experience I would go back and maybe ask for Julie and tell her that Bob R. ask you to go there and take care of you.\r
