I would like to take this opportunity to commend you Service Technician Kevin for the excellent service he provided on April during his conduct of the semiannual inspection of my three HVAC systems. The first thing he did before entering my home was to take off his shoes without even being asked. After showing him around the house and the location of the systems, Kevin went about his work in an orderly manner and did not create any disruptions to our normal routine. He took the time to explain why he needed to adjust the cooling system to bring down the temp. and apologized to for it being cooler than normal. He assured us the testing would only be a short while. After finishing his work and reviewing the paperwork with me, he patiently listened to our description of some previous mildew problems we had incurred during out first summer in the home. He explained the reason for the mildew and all our concerns which gave us "peace of mind". I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer for a long time to come
