Our air conditioning unit suddenly went out recently and Climatech came to fix the problem within hours. Our technician Dave was prompt, efficient and did a great job explaining each step of the process as he was working. We were expecting family to come in town the next day for a holiday weekend and Climatech definitely saved the day! Job well done! more

The service was excellent , the tech , David was polite , professional and did not take a step without first explaining the procedures and all possible methods to correct the issue. He corrected the problem and guaranteed the service provided. I wish I would have known about this company sooner. A friend of mind name Helen Scroggins recommended Climatech and said they are dependable, do good work and will not make you wait. She was absolutely correct and then some....... David was excellent , I hope that all your tech are just like him and I am willing entering into the total care program because of him.................... We had an appointment yesterday for the Fall inspection of our AC and heating system. The service technician, David, called 20 minutes before the scheduled time to let us know that he was on the way. He is very courteous and professional, as always, and confirms our confidence in Climatech. more

Today I came home from work after an exhausting week to a 86 degree home. (By the way it was Friday at 4:30pm) I immediately checked the breakers, which we all "on". I called Climatec Air , who I have my service contract with. Dave arrived asap, about 7pm. I have an old system and expected the worst. It was a quick fix with a minimal service charge. As always, Dave was very profession, courteous, and knowledgable. I also use this company for my business locations, The Joint Savannah and The Joint Pooler, and always receive the same quality work. more

David Z has been my Tech for the last few years and have been pleased every time he has inspected my AC and heating units. He will always explain without acting like you are bothering him when you have a question about something he is doing.It is always a Plus not to have to remind them what not to forget to do, also the office staff is spot on too. I have never had a problem with them. So far Climatech Air has tried to please the customer. Never have they been rude, Quality service in my home and on the phone. more
