I have seen Dr. Kimberly Walker for over 3 years now. I never have to wait more than 10 - 15 minutes when I see her and I always feel like she spends sufficient time with me and addresses any concerns I have. Both of my daughters now see her, as they have outgrown the Pediatrician, and they are very happy with her as well. I have friends who see her and friends that see Dr. Petrizzi and never heard any negative comments, other than Dr. Petrizzi is very busy and you do have to wait a long time when you have an appointment. more

Office has some good &kind people, but seems to always have the really nice one's leave. Everyone is on pins & needles when the grey headed an Charlie I hearded one of them call him, as he always walks around office with his coffee & chip on his shoulders. Good doctors, but if you ever have to see Dr. Mike Petrizzi you better bring a book and food to feed the kids if they are seeing him. Just not sure how the office works with everything I can see that changes just the times I am in there. Good luck to all that see a doctor there.\r more

I made an appointment with Dr. Walker in an attempt to have a serious health problem re evaluated. Not only did I wait quite a while to see Dr. Walker, but when she arrived to talk with me, she only stayed for a total of 10 minutes tops, and asked the same questions she did when we first talked about my condition that is STILL undiagnosed. She was condescending and when I gave her very detailed symptom descriptions she actually laughed at certain points, as if my very detailed and helpful information was absurd to her and made no difference in that she had no real plans in helping me at all. This woman was someone I had truly trusted and that trust is now lost. I was made to feel stupid and damaged as if I had no business wasting her time and that her schedule was FAR too busy to be talking to someone with such mundane problems. I had a more detailed and attentive discussion about my symptoms and problems with the NURSE than I did with Dr. Walker. That is not okay. I will never go back to this doctor and I don't recommend anyone see her. She's all smiles but when you actually have real issues and real medical trauma, you better be bleeding from the eyes or no one in the doctors office will pay ANY attention to you. This has ALWAYS been my experience at this doctors office. Even the people who take your blood are incompetent. No lie, I could have done a better job drawing my own blood than the woman who did it on this occasion. I was left with a large bruise and I never bruise from having blood taken. There is also no bedside manner in this doctors office. Considering its in the heart of Hanover I find this appalling. Where are the sweet, kind doctors who give you the TIME YOU PAID FOR in an appointment? They are not here, I can tell you that. I actually broke down from frustration and anger after my experience and began to cry in the halls, and several nurses saw me and SAID NOTHING. offered me no comfort, didn't even look twice, absolutely looked the other way. because they don't have time? or because they just don't care? Do yourself a favor and don't find out first hand...spare yourself the discomfort and repugnant environment. more

THE STAFF IS AS RUDE AS RUDE CAN GET! THE ONE W/SHORT HAIRDO IS THE WORST. THE Y MAKE U AS UNCOMFORTABLE AS CAN BE. YOU ARE MADE TO FEEL WORTHLESS AND UNIMPORTANT. THEY CLEARLY LET U KNOW THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. ALSO THE ROOM IS FILLED WITH PORTRAITS OF SOUTHERN WHITE GIRLS. ONE VERY LIGHT SKIN BLACK GIRL'S PHOT IS STRATEGICALLY PLACED WHERE IT IS NOT VIEWED BY THE STAFF...HMMM...AM I REALLY WELCOMED THERE? DIDNT FEEL LIKE IT...THOSE ARE PICS THAT SHOULD BE IN A HOME...WAY TOO PERSONAL FOR AN OFFICE, NO LESS A MED OFFICE. IT PSYCHOLOGICALLY SENDS OUT A VERY DEMEANING MESSAGE, FOR ME WHICH WAS DIRECT, FOR OTHERS, POSSIBLY INDIRECTLY. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! more

It's been really difficult in the past to find a good doctor. Finally I found Dr. Mark Petrizzi, & i can't believe it. I've met with a lot of doctors in the past and visited with lots, and he's extremely kind and considerate. He's always very personal, and always makes me feel like it's going to be okay. He's never given up on me. While he's an incredible doctor and his nurse, Helen is very nice, the office staff is horrible. They are rude, and make you feel like you are not worth anything. It's gotten to the point that I don't want to go in thereor even call the operators b/c they act like ur not even sick! I've had a lot of health problems over the last 7 years, and yes I'm young, but it's not my fault. Other people that I'm related to feel the same way and have experienced lots of problems also. They make you feel worse, when you're already sick. I've had pneumonia and a kidney infection before and tried to call to get in with Dr. Petrizzi, and they tried to tell me i would have to wait a few days instead of trying to work me in. I've also witnessed them turn away an elderly couple, the woman in a wheelchair, because they had gotten their appt. days mixed up, instead of at least trying to work them in that day, they just showed them the door. They're rude and I've gotten to the point that I go to Atlee Family to see another doctor instead. The office staff there has Beverly Johnson at the front desk, she's incredible. They're all very sweet, caring, and hard workers that actually seem to like their job and working with patients. Dr. Logie is a great doctor, and I'm very glad that i've found him as an alternative. I wish it didn't have to come to that, because i do love Dr. Mark Petrizzi, but i can't stand the way his staff treats the patients, and families of the patients. It's unbelievable...I want to feel better, not worse when I visit the doctor. The front office workers,&operators act like they're the doctors...when did they get their medical degree??? more
