I am an ex hairdresser who is VERY particular, & hard to please. I have tried several salons, & many stylists, but until I met ""Nazanine"" at ""Carlton Hair"".....never satisifed...

Dont go to that dumpy salon in the strip mall. Carlton at the mall .... that is where you should go. I love it. Friendly people who make me look good. (That is not easy to do). Great people watching. I love the bumble products. more

From the moment I walk in the door.... everyone is on the same page, the same team. I love it the way they pass me on to the next. I love the way they share ideas and interact. They make me feel important. And I love that feeling. I love the way my hair shines and holds up. more

When I come home from Carlton at the mall... I am usually caring a few bags, and looking great. He notices the bags, then me. I like it when he is looking at me, like that. I try to be a smart shopper, always looking for great deals. When it comes to my hair, my face and nails... I spend a little more. This salon makes me feel and look great. I thank you. My husband thanks you. LOL more

You won't find another salon with friendlier stylists and such a welcoming environment. I just had my hair colored there last week and It's gorgeous! They truly have an extensive knowledge of color. Not only did she provide great insight on what colors would work well for me but also was great at listening to what I wanted. To top it all off, she taught me a new way to style my hair...I think it may have changed my life! Honestly! Thank you! And thanks to Carlton for always providing such great customer service. I won't go anywhere else!\r \r more

nothing like a new salon 12/4/2008

I used to pay alot of money at a british salon. I get better quality at a better price at Carlton in Mission Viejo. As a medical professional, you can trust when I say, go to Carlton! I am a redhead and she has matched my constantly changing hair color whims every time perfectly! We have experimented with several different styles, from curly to straight. I love it when you find a new salon you want to go back to.\r \r more

I'm worth it 12/4/2008

I can jump off 5 on the way home, and get a great shampoo and cut at mission viejo, grab a coffee and be home in minutes. I usually hate the way I look when I walk in and love the way I look when I leave. I like looking good. The staff is great. I enjoy myself. The prices are a little higher, but worth it. more

Great Location... Macy's, Nordstroms, SAKS... and a great shop: Carlton. Now I need to win the lottery. Then I could live at this mall and get my touched up every week. Seriously.... I have had a great color and cut every time. I take whoever they give me. I have always felt special and have always walked out feeling and looking great. And when my honey see me.... that sparkle in his eye makes it all worth while. more
