Good service people 9/7/2018

Chuck did a great job quickly diagnosing our problem and getting the AC working again, but when he said it would be awhile to get cool, he did not tell us how long" awhile" would be with our high efficiency system. it was over 12 hours to get a very hot house down to below 80 on an admittedly very hot day. But by the next day all was well. more

Installation of air conditioner 9/2/2018

The team arrive on time and went straight to work. Although the salesman indicated the process would take a day, they finished up around two. Very easy to deal with. I would recommend Burns and McBride to all family, business associates and friends. more

AC Maintenance 4/22/2018

David was very professional, personable and willing to answer any questions about our system while continuing to perform his review/cleaning of the AC components. He offered some possible upgrades for our equipment, which I thought about but did not need at this time. David is another good example of Burns and McBride representatives that have performed maintenance on our heater/ac over several years. more
