Bryson Veterinary Clinic

SO disappointed!!! Don't get me wrong. The doctors are great. Have taken my 2 dogs there for about 2 years now. Very caring doctors, but what kind of place hires a receptionist that has NO personality. The first person you meet when you walk in is a woman with a bad attitude that doesn't know how to multi-task. I'm talking about SIMPLE multi-task. What kind of bet office DENIES heart worm treatment to an animal? They say it's because I'm not a client? What do you have to do to be a client? Spent over $10k in a year? On top of denying heart worm meds, the receptionist has the NERVE to insinuate that I didn't have my dogs on heart worm preventative when I had the box the empty 6 month supply box in my have. I worked in The Animal Cruelty Division for over 3 years. It's people like her that REALLY need to be investigated. more

We met Dr. Bryson during an emergency. Our Yorkie had gotten out and had been in our pond. He drank so much pond water that he became sick and passed out. He could not stand. Took him to the closest vet which was Bryson. They rushed him in and he was so sick that Dr. Bryson took him home with him that night. He checked on him through the night. After leaving the clinic with "I will do my best, but I can't promise I can save him", to being returned a healthy pet was amazing! If it had been another vetirinarian my dog would probably have died. We now take all our pets here and we are always happy. Dr. Bryson sometimes comes across as being gruff or insensitive, but I promise you, he truly cares about people and animals. The staff is very nice also. The clinic is very clean and orderly. more

I made an appt for Bodie to get his paws trimmed and had to reschedule twice, but the ladies there were so very kind to me in having to do so. I got there and I felt really cared for and I knew Bodie would be in good hands. Bodie came out with no stress getting his paws done and that was so very refreshing. I want to thank everyone there for being so very good to the both of us and treating us with so much kindness. Thank you again for helping my little man Bodie. You all are such a blessing and a piece of mind to all of us who really love our pets. God Bless you all. more

I've been using Bryson Vet Clinic since 1997, when he was the only one to take a look on one of my chows after hours saving his life. It is the best around and close to Montgomery. So far no problems and for me are number 1. Doctors and personnel are the best, no competition at all. They know you and your dog's name too. They've been taking super good care of my chows. No matter I have to drive an hour, I will drive more, no problem. Also the only people I use for boarding my puppies, very bad experiences with others. more

My family and I have been using this clinic for years. They take care of all of our animals, dogs and horses, with everything from rabies shots to surgery. They come to our farm to vaccinate our horses and have come on short notice to deal with emergency situations. more

This is a wonderful Clinic....we board our little Corgi here many times a year and leave her without feeling any worries as to her well-being. Exams are thorough and the doctors take the time you need for questions and explanations. Sometimes the wait is longer than is expected, but simply because of the volume of clients this clinic has!!! Wonderful place for a Wetumpkian to take their pet!!!! more

We were pleased with our first visit after adopting a puppy from the Montgomery Animal Shelter. The staff was friendly. Our puppy recieved a thorough exam and we have continued to use this clinic. more
