I found my dress here. The owner actually suggested I try it on, even though I would never have pulled it out on my own. She was a little strange to begin with, frowning upon my choice to wear flats at my wedding and my choice of a bold color scheme (pink and dark blue). However, she offered me a discount on my dress so I decided to purchase it there. I specifically told her I could not by my dress for 3 more weeks. I gave the date I would be back and the super nice assisant said she'd call to remind me the day before. Perfect. more

Best Bridal Salon in OC 6/13/2008

I agree Igood, what is ladinnerclub talking about? Obviously you can't identify class! I just came back from Bridal Chic yesterday. The consultation was incredible. The staff gave me their undivided attention. I was worked up by 2 consultants. They took the time to teach me about what style was best for me, what material, etc. They also accessorized me from head to toe. These people know what they're doing and are so personable. I happily purchased my dream gown there and am going back for my bridesmaids party. I've been to several other salons in OC and did not have this experience. Bridal Chic is the best and really lives up to its promises. I highly recommend this salon!! Pros: Great ambiance, gown selection and service more

Exception and Perfect Service 6/13/2008

I bought my bridal gown at Bridal Chic and the employees were amazing. They helped me find my dream gown at an amazing price. I was so happy with my service I decided to bring back my three bridesmaids and have them purchase their gowns there. The gowns arrived exactly how I ordered them and in perfect time to get them altered. I would recommend Bridal Chic Salon to anyone. Pros: Service, Parking, Selection, Price Cons: No Cons more

Worst experience! 2/14/2008

My best friend is getting married and we were meant to get our bridemaids dresses from Bridal Chic in Laguna Niguel. By far the worst experience for my best friend for what is supposed to be the happiest day of her life. Very unaccomodating staff - and the owner hung up the phone on her! I would not trust someone that is capable of doing that to a bride before her wedding to help you with one of the most intimate important days of your life. more
