I took my old tractor to these guys for a full restoration. Now ,I knew that some of the parts where not available,but that didn't stop them from doing a first class job! AND below the estimate.About those parts that aren't available, well they have a welder/metal guy that cant make just about anything, and boy can he weld!Great job fellas more

Simply Great 2/3/2009

I have purchased 3 Simplicity tractors from this place and the service and attitude keep me coming back. A quick phone call gets my machine picked up and serviced and returned to me in 2 days. Now thats priority service.If I stop in with a question, Dave,Nate or Steve will take me out to show me on a like machine in the yard. Sure ,I've been other places ,but not anymore! I guess I didn't have the same ""Walk on Water"" experience as the other reviews do. Probably because I didn't buy my machine there. I brought in a machine to get fixed, brought it home with residual problems. Brought it back, had it fixed again, brought it home, still not right. Over the phone, they told me how to fix it myself. Experience was ok but probably would have been a lot better if I purchased the equipment there. more

This place is terrific! The mechanics are the best,can fix anything! If you buy from them, they fix it with priority service and never charge for pickup/delivery. I have been other places and had to wait weeks for my machine back. They even LOANED me a tractor to get my work done while mine was in the shop.I'd never heard of that before. They only sell top of the line equipment that has quality well above the mass merchant big box stores and they have the parts when needed.They have my support!!!!!!!!!! more

Highly trained, friendly, down to earth people 9/26/2006

In all my many dealings with BPEC, or the Eporium as they like to call it, I have always had a good positive outcome. Thay are great people, who are down to earth, and if you are pleasant to them they will be very pleasant back. I give it a 10.0!!!!! Pros: Thumbs up Cons: Thumbs up more
