I agree with the previous post. This company was absolutely terrible. Things started off well - I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The tech showed up on time....

I agree with the previous post. This company was absolutely terrible. Things started off well - I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The tech showed up on time. However, he told me that we simply had a loose/stripped screw on our water heater. He had already fixed it, but said they had a $225 minimum charge. For a LOOSE SCREW? What a rip-off. Talk about taking advantage of customers. If they ever start a Worst of Marin, these guys would have my vote. more

STAY AWAY- ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE 7/29/2010

BRAGG plumbing has by far the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. After misdiagnosing our AC problem over 6 times and charging us over $5000 over the past 12 months, they stopped answering our calls and didn't show up for the appointments. It turns out the owner has 0 training in the HVAC business. He just ""owns the company"". The receptionist admitted they had been lying to us and went so far as to bad mouth the owner. Dealing with these people was truly a nightmare of an experience. Pros: can't think of any Cons: TERRIBLE customer service more
