I``m very happy with my new Trane XL15i system. I don`t hear my new system running when it is on. The first time I used my Trane system it cooled the house down in minutes. The old system took alot longer to cool the house. more

I read the other reviews and thought I would give him a try. He tried to help us as much as he could over the phone, my husband is pretty handy, but my husband just couldn't get the heater fixed. Bob came over as soon as I called him and he got right to work. He had to fix my husband's mistakes and took the time to do it correctly. He was really patient and went over everything with me. I was very nervous about how much he was going to charge me, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting several hundred dollars, but he only charged me for the part and the service call. I HIGHLY recommend him. He was fast, professional, kind, and fair. That is hard to find these days. If I ever have a problem again, I will make sure I call him FIRST! more
