HVAC Heat Pump Installation 5/5/2015

I just want to thank you Dave Strazzire for the fantastic service you and your Blue Dot team provided for the replacement of my existing HVAC/ Heating/Heat Pump Unit. You provided very timely service by meeting with me and my wife on short notice and providing very reasonable and practical recommendations. The Blue Dot installers, Steve and Trey, installed the new equipment in a very professional manner. The new system looks fantastic especially with re-installation of the existing humidifier unit within a very tight area. The meticulous care taken by Steve and Tyshad during the inside and outside equipment is greatly appreciated. Thank you again for a job well done. more

I'm a very satisfied Blue Dot customer. Larry B. came within the given time frame, brought to my attention an issue with the unit, and provided a solution while he was here. Larry took the time to answer all my questions and I'm excited to see if this Air Scrubber does all they say it will do! more

furnace maintenance 3/22/2015

Dwayne Tucker was excellent. He not only check my furnace, he help me figure out my issue with heating problems I was experiencing in my basement. He took the time 59 explain how flutes worked and he marked were the flutes for better air flow. He was patient and good listener. more

Great Service 3/11/2015

We've used Blue Dot for years on both our heating and cooling systems. We have an oil furnace for heat, two regular air conditioner units for cooling, and two heat pumps for outbuildings. They service all of them very professionally. more

I was amazed that James R. came to our rescue within 45 mins. of our call to check out our non-functioning furnace on a cold, snowy Saturday afternoon (Feb. 28, 2015). James was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining the problem to us and offering us various options. Jason K, Jake A and Jason A installed our heat pump on 2/4/15.They were very professional, kept to their job. did the installation in less than the time given us, made sure we understood everything, cleaned up everything, and were very pleasant. I would give them an excellent rating. Lou was also very professional and informative in his presentation to us and also did an excellent job. more
