After 45 minutes on hold to try and get an appointment because of a broken foot, I was treated with disrespect! they were unable to find an appointment for a week!
I could not put any weight on my foot,,, this office could not work me in!
When I asked for a reference to a different office they would not provide one!
They were willing to leave me with a broken bone, in extreme pain and not able to move for a week other than give me the name of a different office!
the woman who took my call after leaving me on hold for 45 minutes was unbeliveabley rude and nasty. At one point i was in tears and tried to explain to her that I was alone and could not get her my insurance information to make the appointment... she told me that I could just call back later when I could get to it! Remeber I had been on hold for more than 45 minutes!
She finally did tell me that she would get with the doctor to see if she could work me in,,, it is now Sunday and I have not heard back from the office!
I was able to find a different doctor who worked me in the very next day and was able to do surgery that same day.
This office is the heart of what is wrong with our health care system. They are more concerned with their financial bottom line than the patient!
I just hope that should one of these people need the help I did that they are not stuck with the attitude and lack of customer service that I was.
