Bernie is one of the nicest men in business in Wilmington. He has a personal relationship with all of his customer's and truly appreciates their business. He is a neighborhood staple and has been for almost 30 years now. His waterice is delicious and refreshing and his double slice can NOT be duplicate but OFTEN tried! BEST WATERICE AND PIZZA ON THE EAST COAST!! Everybody knows and loves Bernies!! Pros: Family Oriented Cons: Only open in the summer months more
