I recently went in to the BB&B at Jamboree and the first Item I picked up for my wife was labeled @ $4.79 per three pack. I had the 20% coupon and walked to the next aisle and saw the exact same 3 pak labeled at $5.49. I asked the clerk closest to the spot what might be the difference. I took the item to Diane the check out and asked what the price might be. Diana scanned it and said $5.49. I asked for some help at the aisle and the first clerk came and said I don't know and went to the computer and punched it in and said it was $5.49. I pointed out the shelf price and asked what they were to do about it? The first clerk said it would be $5.49 and I asked for another manager. Someone named Karen came up, saying what is the problem, and the first clerk went over it with Karen and I asked (what I thought to be a manager) how much I could have it for. Karen said you can have it for $4.79. I went to the check out and mentioned to Diane, the checkout clerk that Karen said it would have been $4.79, at which time she called for Karen to help at the register and someone else, walked by. Diane the check out clerk called for Karen and the first clerk who originally spoke to me came up and said it was $5.49. I asked for the other manager and the first clerk said "Sir; it is $5.49" I asked for the other manager and the first clerk said "Sir, it is 5.49"
I really did not want to argue or get into a confrontation, so I walked out, with my coupon 20% off.
