too much of everything 4/1/2006

I don"t care for Bank One ..the attitude is not very welcoming .. the tellers are not very friendly.. kinds like what do you want and leave.. I felt just walking in was a problem not having an account I was there to open one .. I asked for help and was told I needed to return when they had a few more employees to help . well let me tell you I went to another bank had great srvice and was offered a great rate to stay .now that is customer service and better .. more

too much of a hassle to get an account here 8/9/2005

i went in to get an account through bank one an there was way too much paperwork to filll out only for them to tell me i didn't qualify for an account there because my credit wasn't good enough for them. this bank needs to lower their standards in my opinion. more
