My husband and I contacted B-Dry back in 1996 and had them come out and look at our basement. We had just moved in the previous Fall and after the New Year's our basement had turned into a combination of Niagara Falls and the Mississippi River. We have not had any problems since going with B-Dry. We are happy with our B-Dry System. more
