I have worked with Semin Valani at Avex funding multiple times over the last 6 years. No only are their rates most competitive, Semin is dependable and responsive. She has always come through to close the deal. I have referred many of my friends who have refinanced multiple times just like me. more

It is one of the worst companies. I also experience that "" they collect all the documents and submit to Wellsfargo.These people dont' even have any access to contact and followup with Underwriter at Wellsfargo. If the wellsfargo underwriter clears the file, these people make money and close the loan"".\r They can go up to any boundary to make money from our loan refinance. Even I marked that Semin was very rude with some customers. All loan agents are working illegal. Many times my loan agent told me that Moni doesn't allow to email for information and Semin(Owner of company) doesn't tell anything to Moni because she is bringing most of the business. I personally found that Moni doesn't communicate effectively with loan agents to provide info about loan. My loan agent was afraid of Moni.\r If your work is done perfectly through this company then it is good luck of yours more

Lousy and incompetent service! I have been in the real estate business for nearly 40 years and cannot remember the last time I have encountered service this bad! The loan agent had over 30 days to process the loan and did not deliver. What I found so frustrating was that the loan agent simply dissappeared when needed most to provide information on loan approval status. I made repeated calls and emails, all of which were totally ignored. This is simply not acceptable. This outfit should be run out of town! more

I have dealt with multiple agents/direct lenders in the past and Avex funding experience is one of the worst I had. The agent I worked with is Moni. She promised me that after the loan is closed the appraisal fee will be refunded. There was a problem at the loan document signing time and they had to change the lender to commit to the original terms they promised to me. After this she stopped picking my calls and never replied my voice mail/emails. When I called from other numbers, she is prompt in picking-up and as soon as I introduce myself she manages a way to disconnect the call. Since I don't have a anything on paper, I had to finally give-up on this. I will never work with this a**h**** esp. Moni. more

I have found AVEX funding lending rates to be the best in the country. They have closed my loan at the historic rates at no cost. The agent I worked with was very prompt in the calls. Yes it did take some time to close, but at the end it was worth it. They honored my rate lock. When it comes to refinancing what matters the most is competitive rates. Avex Fuding, is a pretty terrible lending corporation for the following reasons: 1. Their Customer Service is the worst. They don't respond to emails, at all. Their mailbox is always full when you call, and try to leave a message, and they purposely skip your calls, if they recognize your number. 2. They don't deliver and take your money: They promise you that the loan will be closed within a few days. 6 months later, the loan is not even closed. But every time I finally do get in touch with them, they say, it'll be done in a few days, but it never gets done, and they just keep you holding. They also do an appraisal, and charge you, even though the loan has not been approved. It would be smart to do an appraisal after a loan has been approved. I lost 300 dollars because of them. Also, the worst part is that the interest rates were so low when I went to them. Now they are so much higher. 3. They lie, the way they do business: They communicated that I was locked in at a certain interest rates. After 6 months the loan still is not close to being done, and it is not even locked in, I found out. Overall, going to Avex was the worst financial decision I ever made, and it has cost me thousands of dollars. PLEASE STAY AWAY, and go somewhere else, BECAUSE THEY WON'T DELIVER! more

So, I started my process in mid Sept, it is not late Oct and my loan still has not closed. I had to find my own appraiser, deal with ""their job"" paperwork, they confused me with somone else and would send documents to me with other peoples information on them.. it was a stress for me to use them. they are cheap to use, but it is soooooooooooooooooooooo not worth it. they are not very good at customer service. I do not recommend this company at all... FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I think that Avex is a fantastic Loan refinancing company and has diligent hard worker with experience and knowledge. I will recommend everyone for refinance loan. more
