Mustang only made to 18 and mound before dying from fuel starvation! Had to have it towed!

This is not your typical auto shop. Very courteous, professional and accommodating. They listen AND explain. How refreshing. I will be returning. By the way, I talked the 'Ears" off my co-workers with how great the place is. more

A Typical Experience 7/1/2013

I have been going to Auto Medics of Shelby for over 15 years, and their service continues to amaze. Not only am I treated as a valued customer, everything is clearly explained, my options are given, and I have never felt pressured to commit to anything. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew my vehicle was in the best of hands. Keep up the GREAT work! more

Save Your Oil 6/21/2013

Auto Medics took a look under my car (250,000+ miles) and decided to save my oil by changing gaskets in a few places. The Chief Surgeon suggested doing the worst first and then the others at a later time (more than one gasket to do). So the first has been done and a lot of oil has been saved. Soon I will have the remaining gaskets changed. My car is so happy and so am I. more

Took way too long! 6/11/2013

Horrible experience, groupon customer. I had an appt. at 10:30 and ended getting my car done at 4:30. In which case I was without a car all day, had to walk to pick my son up from school an then he was late to baseball. Oil change should take 1/2 hr. my tires probably weren't even rotated and the groupon deal included a car wash, which was also not fulfilled. I will never use them again! So ridiculous! more

Taking time to explain 5/12/2013

I was so impressed with the team at Auto Medics. When I came to pick up my car, Keith, the service manager, brought me back into the shop and showed me everything I needed to have replaced on my car. He took his time to explain everything to me. I've never had an experience like this. Plus their was 2 mechanics standing right there to answer any question I had. I know my car was taken car of and definitely will bring my car back to finish up some other work I need to have done. more

Your Business is a scam 5/6/2013

Your mechanic further broke my car rather than fix it and then tried to tell me the part was 400 dollars. AutoMedics is a scam and unethical and hopefully be put out of business when people realize they are being scammed. By the way the one star is only so this can be posted it. Even their web rating won't accept 0 more

Nice people but they are on a mission to take your money. 3/21/2013

Took my car in with a loud tick. Was told they would do a check up for 250 dollars and they can tell me EXACTLY whats wrong with my car. After the check up I was told its something with the motor but they are not sure what. So I paid 250 for them to tell me what I already know. Then they tell me it will be 600 for a tear down just to see whats wrong. I told them its fine and ill take my car back because i wanted to sell it as is. I pop my hood and my car was not put back together. Spark plugs out and wires left hanging! I am a student not a millionare like they might think. Dont go here unless you have DEEP pockets and if you do you might as well take your car to the dealer. more
