The experts 1/13/2014

Yet another visit for my 2002 BMW that I'm trying to get to 300K miles. This visit was dedicated to fixing multiple leaks, and the folks did a great job taking care of things. Very dependable and trustworthy. more

friendly smart and fast 1/5/2014

Our cars trans was shot and everyone out there just wanted to screw us out of money but not these guys. The briught y car in and inspected it. And after they can to the assumption I need my trans rebuilt they offered us a line of credit to help with the cost and they also provided a free rental car till ours was done. Repairs only took a couple days. A week exactly but thats in cluding the holiday. They were very smart and nice and offered to show us the old parts. Plus they give u a case number so ilu can watch the progression of your vehicle on line. Would definatly go back and refer to others . more

AWESOME Customer Service! 12/30/2013

If customer service was like this shop everywhere, it would be awesome. While I waited in that very nice, warm, comfortable waiting room, I had some of their delicious coffee, watched t.v. & chatted with other customers. It felt like home. You're welcomed and treated like a person at this shop. You feel like you're visiting family not like you're waiting on your car to be fixed and that makes the time go by fast. The mechanics overall, seem very knowledgeable. The front desk girl, Laila is very nice, professional & patient with each person and she talks to each one with respect. more

Everyone there is so nice. The mechanic called me right away to let me know what repairs were needed. Then the repairs were done in a timely manner and efficiently. This place has been my auto repair place for 5 years and always takes good care of me and my car. more

I have a high-mileage BMW that I had Al and his team do some costly repairs on. I came away feeling the money was well-spent, and I think the car will be heading into the record books one day. I have yet to find anything about this shop to be unhappy about. more

Fast and Friendly 11/3/2013

I received a "junk mail" card in the mail. Decided to give it a try. Everyone was very friendly. Service--I got in the next day when I called for an appt. Then they even give you a ride home when you drop your car off! Who does that anymore?!?! And the driver was very friendly! I will continue to use them. more
