As usual, my recent visit to Auto Medics for 80,000 mile service on my van went very smoothly. Their thorough examination revealed a number of maintenance items that were needed, and I was treated like one of the family. more

Excellent/Immediate Service 6/19/2014

Auto Medics continue to take care of our needs with excellent Customer Care! Had to have our van towed there on a Sat. night. Emailed them and had a response that night back. They looked at the van and had it repaired on Monday. more

Body Module Controller 5/19/2014

AM quickly diagnosed my vehicle problem promptly. It turned out to be the BCU body control module. Dean was very helpful in explaining to me what this was and why it needed repair. AM fixed it and sent me on my way in a very efficient manner. Layla, was very polite and friendly with processing my bill. So far, I really like everyone I've met at AMoS. more

Lack of attention to detail 4/13/2014

Rear area of car was not cleaned; Fluids were not topped off; Plastic engine cover was not secured (missing all 4 push pins, battery terminal cover not secured; with these oversights, there is concern whether other services were done properly; Front office person and manager were very friendly and professional more

Quality Work 3/20/2014

This shop does quality work. They take time to review with you what needs to be done and if you're like we were - they help prioritize based on safety and budget when to fix the needed repairs. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is the wait time. They call and say your vehicle's ready and then you have to wait 20 or 30 minutes or more for them to clean it or wait for them to test drive it or wait for some other reason. Waiting is my least favorite thing and while they have a decent waiting area, it would be nicer to not need to use it at all. "Your vehicle is ready" should only be said, if your vehicle is in fact - ready. more

They are very nice and will talk you through every step on what they are doing and they do great work but way to expensive just for doing a lil repair they want over $600 for a 45 min job more

I was impressed with the service. I had never heard of this company, but had my car towed there for repair. Everyone was very kind and informative. The repair was done in a timely manner and I got a lifetime guarantee on the repair! more

Misleading 3/7/2014

The staff was very nice and professed their great service and honesty. However, I was told my car needed a fuel pump module for @$550 with $300+ in labor for a total of $1000. I did some research and found that new fuel pump modules for my car are priced at $150-200 at the most. So, your "honesty" was a lie. I told this to the receptionist when I picked up the car and she totally ignored me. Shame on you! more

Another Great Job 3/6/2014

The fine folks at Auto Medics once again came to my aid in repairing a sudden alternator failure in one of my vehicles. Their reponse to my needs was immediate, and the repairs went quickly and efficiently. They couldn't have done better. more
