great information 7/10/2008

My windshield got damaged from a hail storm a couple weeks ago and it cracked right in the middle of the driver side, so i had to get it replaced. i called several glass shops and glass masters had the best price. they scheduled me an appointment and replaced my window in what seemed to be an hour, great service i recommend this for all glass damage. make sure to check if they have your glass in stock and it goes much faster Pros: price more

Avoid this place 3/22/2007

Took the glass out of the car about an hour after my appointment time. It's about 3 hours after my appointment while writing this review and we are waiting for the part to arrive.\r Not sure the purpose of making the appointment.\r Found out that quoted price is different from final cost by 15% after taking my windshield out.\r When asked why they took the car in if they did not have the part, she acted like why do I sound if my job was important.\r Very unprofessional but then again, the oldest person of this shop of 6 is about 21 or 22. Pros: Lower price but very substandard product. Cons: Very bad service. more
