These guys were great, every other place i called was almost twice as much. Craig was the best, he walked me through figuring out which windshield I needed(who knew glass had options) got me in right away. When I got there the ladies were friendly and attentive even though they were extremely busy. They were done in about an hour and a half, my car looked loke it just left factory floor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! These people are a joke. I am now headed to them for the 6th time. They ordered the wrong glass after a special trip was made to them, so they could order the right one. After removing the broken glass, they realized they had ordered the wrong one. I had to leave my 2014 in their garage overnight, and now the glass trim is lifting two days after install. The price is comparable to every other place I called in the OKC area, and most of them will come to you to install. This has been a complete waste of time and money. FIND ANOTHER GLASS COMPANY! more

Worst place ever don't go here! Had a new windshield installed paid cash out of pocket and they totally made it worse. Leaks all around the top and they covered my Vin number with glue!!! Went back asked if they would fix and nada. more

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! \r \r I ordered my windshield and had it replaced at a too good to be true price. I got there before they opened. They immediately took my car to the back but the worker assigned to my car had to take his time drinking his coffee, have a smoke, socialized with a female that drove up there to bring his coworkers smokes. It appeared at first that the car was done without any error. I let the car sit for 4 days and when I finally drove it on a rainy day it began to leak behind the rearview mirror. I took it back and it was fixed immediately. I let the car sit for another 4 days. My husband drove it through the car wash and again a nice leak in the same place. I brought it back and was told the windshield was probably bad. On this visit, they ordered another windshield, no charge to me, and replaced mine. When my car was brought back to me I was informed my sirius satellite antennae had been sliced and they would replace it. Kevin, the worker who worked on my car each time, tried to blame it on a new hire forgetting that I watched him working on it each time. Then I had to hear about his lack of pay and how unhappy he is at his employer. After 30 days and getting 3 estimates from OKC, Del City, and Edmond I gave them all 3 quotes only to accept the lowest and they wouldn't even reimburse me for mileage. NEXT TIME I WILL PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO TO SAFELITE!!! more

Customer service was outstanding! The shop stayed open late for me, in order to replace a car window on a Saturday.Courtney was very polite and efficient on the phone. She did everything possible to make my experience a pleasant one.I will recommend Glass more

I made the appointment based on price, then read the reviews. Fearing the worst, I called back and asked some questions.\r \r 1) They ordered my glass, and called me to let me know it was in and confirm my appointment..\r 2) They let me know the glass would be in the day before my appointment and asked if I wiould like to come a day early\r 3) They quoted my price, tax included, and that was what my bill was when done.\r 4). they were very courteous, and polite, told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half.\r 5) They called when it was done (in one hour)\r \r After my experience, I can only surmise that when you come in with a bad attitude, act demanding and privileged, you get what you deserve.\r \r You treat the people doing work for you with respect, they take care of you.\r \r Thanks to the crew at Glass Maters on Blackwelder and NW Expressway\r more

Called at 9am.... made an appointment for 12:30pm, they told me it should take an hour....... showed up 10mins early...... and by 1:40 my vehicle still had not been touched at this point!!! I am busy in my day just like the next person, so if you have all day to hang out at Glass Masters then this is the place to get your windshield replaced at...... They have very poor time management skills and the blonde girl behind the desk is rude. If you would like prompt service I would suggest STOP-A-CRACK at 2500 block of n.w 10th. more

I have never had anything be so easy. We had a rear window shatter from our Tonto Cover on our Mazda Pick Up truck. We sometimes have very strong winds in Oklahoma. When the Tonto Cover was blown up it hit the rear window and shattered it. We noticed Glass Masters as we were driving by one day and thought we might as well stop in and see what the cost of repair would be. We couldn't believe it! Sure glad that we stopped, like I said, they were so easy to work with and the cost was right. They tried to do the best for us in regards to cost, time and friendliness. I would urge anyone that needed a car window replaced or a truck window replaced to try these people first, you won't be sorry. I recently had a new windshield installed in my truck. The service was great. The staff was very knowledgable. It was finished on time. The price was more than fair. The people who have some difficulties leave their cars over night in a bad neighborhood.They are told to try and pickup before dark. I recommend this service. more

These people are vandals and thieves- stay away. At first, I thought I was getting a good deal because of the low price. Man, was I ever in for a rude awakening. I had my front windshield replaced at GlassMasters due to a crack. I couldn't get back there to pick up my car until the next day. When I got back there the next day to pick up my car, my front shield was replaced, but the right front passenger side window had been partially kicked in. I told them that the passenger window was just fine when I dropped the car off there the day before. The manager kind of sneered and said they weren't responsible for cars left on their parking lot overnight. She smirked when she said they had a real vandalism problem around there. She smiled crookedly and told me that in the past 2 weeks, that 15 of the 16 cars left overnight in the past 2 weeks had been vandalized. Terrible! they caused far more damage to my vehicle than the broken window I came to them with. AVOID THEM no matter the cost difference between other window repair companies. they left tons of glass in my door and broke the regulator and other parts. more

I had my front windshield replaced here because they offered the lowest price and could do the job quickly. I got my car back, drove home. Got up the next morning to go to work and noticed a crack in the bottom of the windshield. When I returned the car to them, they said the windshield had been hit by a rock and they WOULD NOT replace it under warranty. There is no way a rock could have hit the windshield where the crack was located, plus I think I would have noticed being hit by a rock large enough to crack the windshield 4 inches in a single day. Glass Masters had the lowest price when I was looking around to have my driver window fixed Since I picked them I had nothing but trouble with them. Their customer service is horrible! They tell you to leave your vehicle there and they'll call you when they are finished. I never recieved a call so I went up there. My car was there for half the day and when I arrived they had not even looked at it yet. I've had to take my vehicle back multiple times because they didn't do it right the first time. The manager is very rude and doesn't seem to care at all! They do not treat the customer with respect. Very unprofessional. All they do is make up excuses. The place looks like a dump too. I WAS FIRST 25 PPL WHO CALLED AFTER HAIL STORM AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD DO IT BY NEXT DAY MONDAY AFTER 1PM. SO STAYED HOME FROM WORK, THEN CAB ON TUESDAY TO WORK THEN WEDNESDAY BORROWED BROTHERS CAR. i called on a tuesday for a quote. they quoted me a great price, so i scheduled my appt for that friday. i called the day before to confirm, and they said they were out of stock and would not have it in again until after friday. i asked why they were out of stock when they had 4 days to prepare for my appt, and they gave a couple of pitiful excuses, would not apologize or try to make it right, they just said "we are out of stock and cannot help you, you'll have to go somewhere else." they also gave me an insight of how they do appts. If they say you have an appt at a certain time, that means that is the time your glass is supposed to be ready at the store, but they may not get to your car and start installing it for several hours later depending on how many other cars are already there waiting! my advice, spend a little more and go somewhere reputable with a guarantee! more

I was told to bring in the vehicle and it would be done within an hour or so,but they perfer for you to drop it off and come back incase it takes a little longer. So I dropped it off at 10, they call at 2 say it'll be ready in a hour. I drive all the way across town at 3:30 to pick up the vehicle and it's just then going in the bay. I can't wait so I have to leave and return to pick it up. When I voice my concern their excuse is, they're busy and sorry. Really? No doubt about it easy on the pocketbook @ $200 for a windshield installed. But you can forget about decent service and ""professional"" installation at this location. It actually took three (3) windshields to get it right. Plus a call back from the district manager to get action taken on the employee attitudes towards paying customers. My car was broken into one night, the window was shattered. I called Glass Masters after 9:30 pm, and got a live person on the line! She set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. The next day, I was in and out of there in less than one hour, and even made it to work on time. The price was unbeatable. The employees were friendly and efficient.
