food is good, on or well before time usually. I have only one complaint: the plastic bags they like to TIGHTLY tie around the boxes ends up making the fried food soggy more often than not. I've only have one botched order so far, I ordered Mozzarella Fries and received Mozzarella Sticks instead. more
