The General Manager has corrected my complaints and was actually nice about the entire situation. Apparently, the salesman whom I was dealing with originally is no longer working ...

Most of my dealing with Derick Peeler has been on the phone. I live out of state and what could have been a difficult process was made fairly simple. He always answered my several phone calls EVERY TIME! don't think I ever had to go to voicemail. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he sought it out and found the answer quickly. He acted not only as a finance man but also a very good salesman and is a great asset for Atlanta Used Cars in Marietta. They would be even better if they had 10 Derick Peelers! Additionally he even gave me his cell and personal email to answer a lot of my questions while not even working! more

Greg is the guy who helped us! We bought an older truck. Everything was smooth and easy. Came by two days later to get truck washed because I bought on a Sunday, they had it washed in ten minutes. I read other reviews and only dealt with Greg, maybe you should too! Would look here first for another used car or truck more

The car was beautiful: low miles, all the options she wanted, it even had all the original books and the window sticker. To wash it all down, they were priced about 1-2k lower than any of the other cars we looked at.\r \r After a quick check of the bluebook (they were right at clean trade value), I told the salesman to write it up and didn't even haggle (unusual for me.. I'm a tightwad). Their financing guy got us a pretty good deal and we had it all wrapped up in about an hour. more

My Acura was totaled, so I needed a new car. My wife and I researched cars online and decided to stick with either the Honda/Acura or Toyota/Lexus brands. A 2002 Lexus ES300 with only 55k miles popped up on an Auto Trader search. We looked at the Car Fax and the car had been taken care of very well. It sounded like a gem, so we got up the next morning and drove to Atlanta Used Cars. Parking is almost non-existent just so you know. I took the car for a spin and fell in love with it. We worked with Derrick Peeler, the Customer Service Specialist. Super cool guy and very nice. He made the experience easy and was truly a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend anyone to go work with him if you need a nice, new car. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is simply because I've only had the car for a day... don't want to jinx it! Oh yeah, this place has some awesome cars, so even if you don't find what you're looking for... the eye candy is amazing. Thanks, Derrick! more

I was looking for a used car, but it’s hard to believe some dealers selling used cars nowadays. I closed my eyes and did it ... and I got lucky... it’s been a year now and I have no problem with my car at all. I love the way Atlanta Used Cars Marietta deal with customers. I am an out of state buyer located in Chicago. Purchased a Maserati GranTurismo S and traded in my BMW M6. This was my first out of state purchase, so I was very apprehensive. Extremely easy to work with. Everything was exactly as described. I did not want to fly down to pick it up, so I had the car shipped to Chicago to a local dealer that Atlanta Used Cars knew here in Chicago. Once the car arrive, I was able to drop of my car and ship it back to them and used as a trade! Extremely smooth transaction, and I couldn't be any happier. Thanks!\r more

These guys have great cars for good prices. I bought my Nissan Altima there and Jeff was very accommodating by letting me test drive and take it home to let my family test drive it. They didn't blink an eye about the small list of recommendations from my mechanic. They were more help in getting me financed - not financing me - but helping me more than AAA. In short there is nothing they couldn't do or wouldn't do.\r more

I bought a 2010 Honda Accord recently. It was perfect car buying experience. The salesman walked me through the entire process. It wasn't like some other dealerships that I went to looking for the vehicle. The car drives perfect it had little issues, but they took care of it before I drove off the lot.
