Delicious 6/28/2006

My husband and I stopped in Astoria while walking around downtown Royal Oak last weekend. We wanted to share something sweet, and sit at one of their outside tables. We chose the giant cinnamon roll, and were not sorry. It was delicious, with a lot of yummy icing. I do wish we would have had it warmed up though. The staff was courteous, and the store is beautiful. more

The Tirami Su was the best I have .They have so many wonderful pastries and cookies. And wonderful greek desserts.I like the one in Greek Town better but this one is nice too. The place is a little pricey, but it's worth the splurge. If you like pastry then you will enjoy this place.I know I did! more

You Can Do Better 11/9/2005

The pastries here certainly LOOK appealing behind that counter. Every time I've been here, though, I've been disappointed by the quality of the pastry. They usually have a good selection but quality wise you will find better somewhere else. The prices are also rather high for what you get. more
