Armstrong Animal Clinic

I am not impressed at all with the general lack of organization or the lack of communication that was on display by Dr. Armstrong and his staff. The assistants seemed like it was a chore just to do their jobs,and my pet was kept there for 2 full days before they did the surgery that he was kept there to do. I was lied to on the second day that he was there,""he is next in line"", which was obviously a lie because they didn't even do the surgery until the 3rd day. On the day they did the surgery, I was told that it would be done in the AM. This did not happen either. It was done at noon. Very unsatisfactory service and I will not be back!! more

I have been to quite a few veternarians with my pets in the past years. This includes a few in my new city of (new job) Longview, Texas.\r \r I have never seen a veternarian 'cover all the bases' and actually try to care for my dogs like Dr. Armstrong. One problem that has plagued my poor Lab for many years and many dollars was solved after Dr. Armstrong correctly diagnosed it.\r \r I've heard and read about high vet costs here in Longview.....bah! Try bigger city costs and add to it vets that can't ever get it right the first time, costing you many dollars in the long run in trip after trip to the clinic----then complain.\r \r Thank You Dr. Armstrong. Pros: Actually cares about what is going on with your pet. Cons: Depending on where you live, can be a drive, but worth it. more
