I went to this Arby's 3 times since I have moved here. Not ONE time have they gotten my order correct! I always ask for homestyle fries and every single time, without fail, they give me curly fries and I have to send them back. This last time was the worse and I will not go back again. I went through drive thru- got chicken strips and homestyle fries. I checked the bag and they were curly fries and not only that, the fries and chicken were stone cold, they were not even lukewarm! I parked and went inside and the guy at the drive thru said "oh well they were warm when I put them in the bag". I went directly from drive thru inside, there was no way they went cold that quickly. Even the manager had to admit that but all I got was a simple aplology from the manager, nothing from the food server who had the bad additude. The 1st 2 times I thought were just bad timing but the 3rd time wsa the final time, I will not go back to them.
