I just wanted to give the team at Annapolis a round of applause for being so helpful. We moved to Annapolis needing somewhere to rent very quickly. The Annapolis team were very helpful. We were able to quickly see suitable properties and once we'd made a decision Annapolis carefully put together all the paperwork. They managed to turn a stressful situation into a quick process to get us into our new home. more

APS Takes Care of their customers 1/5/2013

Matt and the whole team at Annapolis Property Services did an excellent job of helping me find a new home. During the search process, Matt was always on time for appointments, thoughtfully answered my many questions, and took care to explain intricate or unexpected details. Matt worked quickly to get me access to my new home during the very busy holiday season. Follow-up after settlement has been efficient, courteous, and professional. Fantastic rental experience! 10/1/2012

My wife and I just moved into a rental property managed by Annapolis Property Services and are thrilled with our experience. Matt Wilson was a tremendous help both with our selection and showing of the property and the move in process. Our start date was delayed a bit due to some necessary repairs, but Matt was very communicative, courteous, polite and punctual in all of our interactions and the made the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend their services. more

Amazing Service 7/25/2012

Annapolis Property Services has been GREAT to work with – from their website (LOVE the youtube videos!) to communication to renting process. Being a military family and living off base throughout the duration, APS has truly been one of, if not *the*, best companies we have rented from. It seems rare these days to find a business that you can obtain high professional services from, with a personal touch. I would recommend APS to absolutely anyone looking to rent. more

Responsive and reliable 7/14/2011

I'm both a renter and owner with APS and have always found them responsive and reliable. (The only exception was a brief period with someone hired to replace Dana who was then replaced by Melissa who's been great!) more

Everything is great 7/6/2011

Overall everything is great. All of my questions/concerns are promptly addressed. One area of possible improvement is a smoother lease renewal. I think APS should notify tenants 1 month in advance, instead of 2 weeks prior. more

I've been using Annapolis Properties for the past five years. They've always been on the ball and I can truly trust them to help me get things done that need to be done. They are very conscientious at all levels from senior management to the people who actually go out to the house and make sure everything is okay. more

I highly recommend them to someone with rental property who wants a small operation that gives big results - no one gets lossed in shuffle like they would with big outfits that simply quote policy excuses when they don't want to help with something. Annapolis Properties really commits to their clients.They are awesome! more

Been a resident for 3 years 5/19/2011

I've been a resident in a property managed by Annapolis Property Services for 3 years. Never had any issues. My water heater had issues last week and they took care of if promptly. more
