I have used 2 other companies prior to this garage door company and never realized how much they had been cheating me of my money. Not only did they over charge me but they did not fix my garage door properly which was the reason that I had to keep calling them to fix it. After their technicians touched my garage door it has not messed up and it has been about 3 months which is record breaking from the last time. Our service representative was Johnny and he was excellent. He called to give an estimated time of arrival and was on time. When he arrived he gave a full explanation of the problem and two options to choose for repair. He completed the job timely and was very courteous. He even went to the extent to try to help me fix the remote for the door. I would recommend this company garage door services. Thank you more

I found this company on line and liked the reviews and also liked the location , because it's near to my home....David Sherman was FABULOUS!!!!!! 5 Stars.!!!!!! He came when he told us he would, put a new door in and a new opener and was very neat and professional. I'm not too good with technology, but with Johns help he showed me all the instructions and made it easy for me to understand....Give David a HUGE raise ! Called to have the springs repaired on my garage door - the technician arrived exactly when he said he would. Got the best price out of numerous calls I made for the repair (along with a written warranty). He went through everything and made all necessary adjustments; lubed everything and even replaced a burned out light bulb at no extra charge! Couldn't have asked for more prompt and thorough service! My garage door opener stopped working on Monday morning. I called Steven and from the get go it was a great experience. Before he even offered to come out he had me check a couple of common problems. Unfortunately, it was not a common problem, however, Steven made it out to my house the same day to check things out further. He attempted to swap out the motor which did not fix the problem. Finally, he tried switching out the logic board with a scrap one he had in his truck. This didn't fix the problem either, which meant that the opener was dead. Steven gave me a few options for replacements. I could buy my own and he would install it for a hundred bucks, or he could get me a professional liftmaster for a bit more. I opted for the belt driven professional liftmaster so it would be more quiet. Steven came back out on Friday since I was having other work done and would be home. He showed up on time, and had everything installed and tweaked in a couple hours. When he was done he walked me through the whole system and gave me some maintenance tips to keep the new unit happy. I was incredibly happy with the work done and would recommend Steven to anyone needing garage door repairs or installations. more

The tech was fast, friendly, efficient, and fair. What more could you want! When my garage door spring broke last year, I called about a half dozen different companies all of which either couldn't get out for days or tried to up sell me on a whole new opener or door even before seeing ours. more
