Andres is located in a beautiful room completely insulated from the Monte Carlo casino floor. The menu offers wide variety as done the wine list. The food and service are near perfection. I has the tasting menu with a wine pairing last time which was delightful.Save room for desserts as they are also superb. The second floor cigar lounge is a great way to finish a meal more
