Connie Anderson (under the supposed supervision of Dr. Evelyn Vanderveen) permanently injured my face with a laser. When I met with Dr. Vanderveen to discuss the injury, she was rude and refused to examine the obvious damage. Then Mrs. Anderson and Dr. Vanderveen sent me a letter saying they would no longer provide me with medical care. I was shocked and hurt. I trusted them and they left me injured and without a source of help. I eventually went to the Mayo Clinic for help. The Mayo Clinic confirmed and documented the damage to my face! It gets worse, Connie Anderson & Dr. Vanderveen have repeatedly threatened me with financial hardship and other difficulties (via their attorney) because they don't want anyone to see my review. Now, they are putting up denials on-line and rating themselves (giving themselves a great rating, of course)! This has been the single worst experience of my entire life. Please imagine, having your entire face injured, then having the people responsible refuse to even try to help and finally being threatened by the people who injured you. I hope this saves someone from feeling the pain I feel every single day.
