We work with owners, developers and contractors. Before construction, we help determine what's below ground and how that will effect the foundations for the proposed construction. During construction, we are the owner's eyes and ears providing QA/QC (Special Inspection) services to help ensure that our recommendations are being followed, and any unexpected underground surprises that are encountered during construction are properly addressed.
