I urge anybody who gave money to Allstate title company (now they are working under the name of ABC Credit Consultant) to go online on the Attorney General website to file a complaint against all the member of that company: Arthur Gundling was the president, Jeff Smith the vice president, Louis Silver, loan modification agent. Do not hesitate to make your voice heard. Call the office of the Attorney General at 850-414-3300, they will mail you a complaint form or go online at myfloridalegal to file your complaint online. more

Loan Modification 12/7/2009

this is not a message out of fustration but out of truth. we current are working with this company and the direction they gave us is to stop payiing our mortgage so the mortgage company would take notice, that was several several months ago. you know what- I don't know because they do not call the mortgage company and are great at giving you excuses if you can speak to a live person. Pros: no positivies about this company Cons: not a company for a loan modification more

Allstate Title SAVED MY HOUSE, My Family and My Life! I cant thank Lou Silver, Josef Zappoli, Kristy and Heather Lawrence for all there hard work and efforts. The Obama plan is BS and its not helping anyone but lose. Not only did you take my house out of foreclosure but you cut my mortgage payments in half!!!! LIARS!!!! Do not Hire Allstate Title Agency. They will take your money and pretend that they are actually working on a loan modification for you.
