We are sorry that you had a bad experience, however we maintain highly competitive interest rates for our loans, and we do notify you when you apply for a loan, that it is standard practice for a courtesy call to be made and we ask what phone number you would like us to direct this call too. However, you can opt out of the courtesy call after you make your first payment on time, and then tell us what date, time, and where you will be making your next payment and you will not receive another courtesy call unless you begin to miss payments.
